1. Count Your Media
Gather your tapes, photos, slides, or reels to get an estimated count.

2. Schedule a Local Drop-Off
Since we operate entirely as a local home business, simply get in touch to coordinate a convenient drop-off time at our  Waukesha location. No risks of losing your precious memories in the mail.

3. Receive Your Digital Memories
All media is digitized safely on-site. Your final files will be delivered directly to you on a USB drive, with private, secure digital viewing options available upon request.

4. USB Flash Drive Delivery & Viewing
Each order includes one USB flash drive containing your completed video, photo or slide files at no additional cost. This USB is your primary viewing and backup copy.

You can view your video or images easily on most modern devices:

• Plug the USB into a computer (Windows or Mac) to view and copy files

• Use a smart TV USB port to watch directly on your television (most models support this)

• Transfer files to a phone or tablet (iPhone, iPad, Android) using a USB adapter if needed

No special software is required—your files are standard video or photo/slide formats that work with common media players.

Wireless viewing (casting from phone):
You can also view your videos, photos or slides on your TV wirelessly from a smartphone:

• Open the video, photos or slides on your iPhone or Android phone

• Use built-in casting options such as AirPlay (iPhone) or Cast / Smart View (Android)

• Select your smart TV or streaming device to play the video on the big screen

Additional USB copies are available if you need backups or family sharing:

• Additional USB copy (up to 64GB): $10

• Large-capacity USB copy (over 64GB): $20
